When you decide to purchase a product using Buy with Prime on shoplarken.com, you will be prompted to sign into your Amazon account. You can then complete your order using your preferred payment method stored in your Amazon account.
What is Buy with Prime and how does it work?
Buy with Prime allows millions of US-based Amazon Prime members to shop directly from participating online stores with the trusted experience that you expect from Amazon—including fast, free delivery, a seamless checkout and easy returns. When you shop directly on our site, you see the Buy with Prime button and Amazon Prime delivery promise on eligible products, which signals that the item is available for free 1-2 day shipping and easy returns. By clicking the Buy with Prime button, you can check out by signing in to your Amazon account, which pre-populates your payment and shipping details on the checkout page. You receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and then a shipping confirmation email with a link for tracking when the order is shipped. Where can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status by clicking on the link in your shipment confirmation email, which will bring you to your order details page on shoplarken.com.
You can also see or track orders on your Amazon.com orders page or in the Amazon mobile app.
How do I initiate a return for a Buy with Prime order?
The return window for all Buy with Prime purchases is 30 days.
Buy with Prime shoppers can manage all of their BWP orders in a separate tab on the Your Orders page on Amazon.com (both in the Amazon app and on web browsers). Alternatively, to initiate a return for an eligible item purchased using Buy with Prime, click the link in the order confirmation email to go to your order details page. From there, select the item that you want to return and print a return shipping label. Package your return, and then drop it off at your local USPS location. Items purchased using Buy with Prime can't be returned using other carriers besides USPS and may not be dropped off at Amazon locations, such as Amazon Lockers, Whole Foods or Amazon Go. Can I exchange my order for a different item?
Exchanges are not available for Buy with Prime purchases. If you would like a different size and/or color, you will need to first return the item for a refund and then order the new item.
Can I use Amazon gift cards for Buy with Prime purchases?
No, Amazon.com Gift Cards and promotional discounts offered by Larken can't be used as a payment method to place an order using Buy with Prime. Amazon.com Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible goods and services on Amazon.com and certain related sites in the Amazon.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
