Returns

We hope that you love your Larken purchase.

 If you’re not satisfied, we accept U.S. returns within 30 days from the order date. We will refund you for the purchase price of the merchandise plus tax, if applicable, minus shipping costs.

We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. Return items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns that are damaged, worn, washed, altered, or have stains or odors will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.

FINAL SALES

Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, all international orders are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Items marked as final sale, including the High-Rise Briefs as well as Gift Card are FINAL SALE and ineligible for refund.

Returns

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the RETURN FORM page and complete the form. We will get in touch with you with return processing information once we receive the form.

Buy with Prime Returns & Exchanges

The return window for all Buy with Prime purchases is 30 days.

Buy with Prime shoppers can manage all of their BWP orders in a separate tab on the Your Orders page on Amazon.com (both in the Amazon app and on web browsers). For reference and additional information about how returns work with Buy with Prime, please see How Returns Work and our Returns Policy as well.

Alternatively, to initiate a return for an eligible item purchased using Buy with Prime, click the link in the order confirmation email to go to your order details page. From there, select the item that you want to return and print a return shipping label. Package your return, and then drop it off at your local USPS location. Items purchased using Buy with Prime can't be returned using other carriers besides USPS and may not be dropped off at Amazon locations, such as Amazon Lockers, Whole Foods or Amazon Go. Exchanges are not available for Buy with Prime purchases. If you would like a different size and/or color, you will need to first return the item for a refund and then order the new item.
