I originally ordered 2 in size M be I was so excited to find a pumping bra without a restrictive band. I had pain and irritation under my one breast with another bralettes style of pumping bra, to the point where I had to pull the bra away from me while pumping.
I meaured in between sizes M and L (33.5 band, 40 bust) but followed the instructions to size down. When the bras arrived I was disappointed at how much compression the medium provided. It fit as a bra but was really uncomfortable for my sensitive nipples that needed lots of forgiveness. I exchanged one bra for a large - the large is almost too loose and doesn't hold nursing pads up very well, but it's very comfortable. I just used it to pump for the first time and it was AWESOME. Easy to get into position and way more comfortable than any other setup I've tried. I will be keep both sizes in the hopes that the medium is more comfortable later on.
